Hi friends and family! Welcome to our family blog. I know some of you have been following us at How Sweet it is but after some thought I have decided to add another blog to my list and make it private.
With the addition of Ellie to our family, I just didn't feel comfortable putting detailed updates on her out on the internet for anyone to see. I thought about making my other blog private, but I have quite a few followers on that blog and didn't want to have to go through the hassle of asking and deciding who I would allow to continue to follow. So I decided to best choice was to keep that blog as is and use this blog as our family blog for close friends and family to follow along.
If you know of someone that I've missed when inviting to follow, please email me and I will send them an email invite. I have to invite people to follow this blog, which makes it private and not accessible to just anyone. Thanks for following along, I am really excited to have a place to share a little more about our expanding family! I'll leave you with this photo of the cutest baby I've ever seen! This was our first outing to the Dr. office.

First of all I just want to say what a beautiful baby girl you have. It takes a special family to raise girls, and a very special father, and you guys have been chosen, so be proud. Second, on a somewhat tangential note, I'm very proud of you for starting this blog. Keep it private. I don't want to go into details, but it's the right thing to do. Congratulations to you both, and welcome to your lovely little girl.
